TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER/QUALITY CONTROL

Redimix Companies, Inc., the leading supplier of ready-mixed concrete in New Hampshire, is seeking candidates for a new position within our Company.

Quality Control responsibilities include working alongside our QC Manager assisting in mix design submittals, QC technician scheduling, field quality control assignments, as well as other customer service/quality control issues within our customer base. Candidates must demonstrate good people/communication skills as this position will require customer interaction and problem solving.

Technical sales responsibilities include promoting value added products (fiber, structural fiber, "green" mix design, previous concrete) to our customer base including architects and engineers, developing educational programs for residential and commercial customers and developing and implementing a branded mix program.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of five years of construction material testing and extensive knowledge of concrete materials and mix design, as well as knowledge and experience in troubleshooting concrete materials, plastic, and hardened concrete. ACI certifications and DOT testing certification is required. Ready mix concrete operations experience is a plus.
