DRIVERS:

We are seeking qualified, detailed oriented, safety minded individuals for concrete mixer drivers. Classification: Year round hourly.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Candidates must comply with all DOT regulations and adhere to all Redimix policies and procedures.
  • Delivery of ready mix concrete to customer job sites.
  • Operate equipment and transport material under extreme temperatures, have the knowledge and the ability to operate and drive ready mix vehicle.
  • Individuals must display a courteous and professional attitude when dealing with co-workers and the public.
  • Responsible for pre and post trip inspections. Report any deficiencies promptly to supervisor.
  • Adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) Policy and maintain individual PPE in functional condition.

Equipment (Loader) Operators - Dover, NH

 

EQUIPMENT(LOADER) OPERATORS - DOVER

We are seeking qualified, detailed oriented individuals to assist the Batcher/Batch Plant operator with daily production duties by operating a front-end loader and performing other miscellaneous plant related functions. Classification: Year round hourly position.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to operate front-end loader accurately, efficiently while maintaining continuous feed of material flowing to plant.
  • Clean up around plant and surrounding area.
  • Perform general maintenance on the loader machine.
  • Must display a courteous and professional attitude when dealing with co-workers and the public.
  • Extended hours with possible weekend work.

Operations Manager (Manchester, NH)

OPERATIONS MANAGER (Manchester, NH):  We are seeking an experienced individual to manage all activities related to operations including safety and financial performance, development of personnel, handling and shipping of product.  This position will be based in Manchester, NH.  Classification: Year round, monthly salary. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing financial performance and developing action plans identifying corrective actions, developing process controls, and establishing key performance measures.
  • Coordinating Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance programs with external and internal resources managers/supervisors.
  • Providing guidance to the personal development of managers/supervisors, including identifying training requirements, skill needs, and development planning.
  • Ensuring all established cost projections, quality key performance measures, and delivery commitments are met.
  • Coordinating activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum utilization of human resources and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.E.) from a four year college; 4-6 years of concrete experience including dispatch, knowledge of trucks and plant equipment.  Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient computer skills including email, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet based software programs.
  • Must have the demonstrated ability to maintain strong customer, supplier, and community relationships. 
  • Possess solid organizational and verbal/written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with entire workforce, customers, and community officials.
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work independently.

Quality Control Technician (Dover, NH)

QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN (Dover):  We are seeking a qualified, detail oriented, highly organized individual to perform quality control functions statewide.  Classification: Year round hourly.  Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

 

Requirements:

  • Testing of aggregates (fine and coarse), field testing of concrete (air, slump, temperature, unit weight).
  • Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations for adjustments if required.
  • Investigate or report questionable results; identify quality problems and recommend solutions.
  • Compile laboratory test data, process control charts and perform appropriate analyses. Participate in out-of specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Review data from contract laboratories to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods or protocols.
  • Candidate must adhere to all Redimix policies and procedures.
  • Individuals must display a courteous and professional attitude when dealing with co-workers and the public.
  • Excellent communication skills, familiar with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment. Candidate must be able to multitask; make good decisions when problems arise.
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
  • A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel throughout the state are essential for this position.
