Customer Service Representative (Manchester, NH)

We are looking for customer-orientated service representative to act as a liaison/ambassador between the customer and the company. The right candidate will be detail oriented, willing to learn and enjoy working with a team that is dedicated to meeting and exceeding the customer’s needs. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers, plant personnel, dispatchers, fellow CSR’s and the scheduler and/or Dispatch (Customer Service) Manager. Ability to handle spurts of large call volumes input and schedule/negotiate customer deliveries and communicate with drivers as requested.


  • Prior Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Strong phone and active listening skills.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers (personalities).
  • General computer skills with ability and willingness to learn new systems.

Dispatch/Scheduler (Manchester, NH)

We are seeking a safety minded, detail oriented individual with excellent communications skills to support the Dispatch/Customer Service Office in Manchester, NH. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to; effectively communicating with all production personnel, fellow dispatchers, scheduler and/or Dispatch Manager. Interface directly with customers, managers, vendors, and agencies either by telephone, electronically or in person and build a rapport with customers and establish trust. The selected candidate will also be responsible for handling equipment and product deliveries. Classification: Year round hourly.


  • Prior dispatch, transportation or construction experience preferred.

Salesperson (Manchester, NH)

This is a challenging position responsible for sales of ready-mixed concrete. The Salesperson is responsible for maintaining high quality communications between our existing customer base, future customers, the operating departments and the Sales Manager. The Salesperson will train with the Sales Manager as well as other Senior Sales Representatives to gain knowledge of the ready mix business.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

The criterion for evaluation in this position includes but is not limited to the following:


  • Strong commitment to developing and strengthening relationships with all customers.
  • Sales and marketing of all products, including concrete, to municipalities, commercial businesses and large residential projects.
  • Follow up on all sales/quotes and collection procedures, when necessary.
  • Accurate pricing of products based on given cost factors.
  • Keeping fully abreast of the current market conditions and the activities of competitors.
  • Accurate and timely preparation of various paperwork, including estimate sheets, contracts, credit approval, billing reports, etc.


  • Develop close team oriented, working relationship with customer service personnel.
  • Daily coordination with Sales Manager to insure maximum utilization of trucks, equipment and people.
  • Develop an understanding of concrete business culture such as dispatching of concrete, plant functions, and materials utilized in making concrete.

Quality Control Tech (Plainville, MA 02762)

Quality Control Technician (Plainville, MA) Ready for an exciting position in the fast paced high reward career of construction?
